Side to Side Overhead Medicine Ball Slams – A great way to develop power in the back muscles.

-Start by standing tall and medicine ball in hand.

-Bring the ball overhead, rotate to one side, and slam it as hard as you can down into the ground near your heel

-Repeat to other side
